Air Operated Diaphragm Pumps
Efficient and versatile pumps that can be used in hygienic, chemical and industrial applications. We supply diaphragm pumps constructed in many materials including plastics, cast iron, hastelloy, stainless steel and aluminium from a range of proven manufacturers.
Centrifugal Pumps
Move liquids using kinetic energy via a rotating impeller and are commonly used to move thin fluids like water, juice or thin oils. Ideal for low pressure and/or low viscosity applications. Available in many forms including high hygiene stainless steel and corrosion resistant plastics.
Circumferential Piston Pumps
The worldwide standard for sanitary applications ranging from dairy to cosmetics to industrial. Rotor wings (the 'pistons') rotate in chambers machined into the pump housing to provide a large sealing surface which minimises slip and offers gentle-handling and low-shear.
Drum Pumps (Reciprocating Piston)
Commonly known as drum emptying pumps, stick pumps or barrel pumps - reciprocating piston pumps are designed to make the transfer of high viscosity materials from any drum, vessel or container a safe and efficient task with minimal or zero residual waste.
Gear Pumps
Versatile positive displacement pumps that use the meshing of internal and/or external gears to pump fluid. Gear pumps have a wide viscosity and temperature range and excel in high efficiency pumping of thick liquids. Typical applications include oil, syrup, resin, glycol, chocolate and similar.
Peristaltic Pumps
The fluid to be pumped is contained within a flexible tube located inside a circular pump housing. A rotor fitted with shoes (wipers or rollers) compresses the tube and forces the fluid to flow. As the tube re-opens after being compressed, it creates suction and draws more fluid into the hose.
Progressive Cavity Pumps
Positive displacement pumps, also known as Progressing Cavity Pumps, that consist of a rotor, similar to a corkscrew, which is sealed tightly against a rubber stator. As the rotor rotates, the fixed size cavities in the rotor contain the fluid to be pumped and progress towards the pump outlet.
Rotary lobe Pumps
Superb sanitary qualities, high efficiency, reliability, corrosion resistance and good clean-in-place / sterilise-in-place (CIP/SIP) characteristics. Rotary lobe pumps are non-contacting and have large pumping chambers which allows for handling of solids such as cherries or olives without damage.
